Subject: Senior Center Etc.

Mr. Markel:

Way back in December I emailed you regarding Settlement Agreement issues
at the Senior Center and have not received a reply.

As an additional item of concern, I recently visited the Norfolk Registry
of Deeds and searched for some evidence that The Special Permit had been
recorded per item #4 of the Agreement. During the period of 7/1/99 to
present, I could find no record of the filing. Would you please provide
me with the book and page reference so that I can verify that it has been
done.

I look forward to your reply. If you did not receive the 12/9/01 message,
let me know and I'll resend.
