Directions to KPSA Fields

KPSA uses fields provided by our member towns (Plainville, Norfolk, and Wrenthem). The fields are known as:

Field of Dreams (FoD)- Plainville

Rice East- Wrentham

Rice West- Wrentham

Pond Street-Norfolk

Freeman Kennedy- Norfolk

KPMS (King Philip Middle School)- Norfolk

Field of Dreams (FoD), Plainville

Traveling Route 1 South to Plainville:

When you travel Route 1 South you will come to an intersection (Lowes on left ~ Route 152). Continue on Route 1 for 1 and 1/10 miles. Right onto George Street (After Plainville Truck Stop & Before Dunkin Donuts) Left onto School Street Field Entrance on Right Immediately After Power Lines

Traveling Route 1A South to Plainville:

Travel south on Route 1A (south of Route 495 ~ Wrentham Outlets) Left onto School Street (After Cumberland Farms) Field Entrance on Left Immediately Before Power Lines

Rice Fields at Emerald St, Wrentham

The KPSA Soccer Fields at the Rice Recreation Complex is on Emerald Street in Wrentham, across from the Wrentham Developmental Center.

There are two fields here, each are immediately adjacent to Emerald St. Rice East is on the east end of Emerald St, closest to North St. Rice West is on the west end of Emerald St, across from the Cracker Barrel Fairgrounds. All parking must be in the central parking lot or at the Cracker Barrel Fairgrounds gravel lot (if available).

Do not park on Emerald St.

Coming from the North:

Take I-95 south to Exit 9, Rt 1, Foxboro/Wrentham. Follow Rt 1 south past Gillette Stadium. Approximately 1 mile south of the stadium you will come to a light at Pine St (the Lafayette House Restaurant will be on the right). Take a right onto Pine St and follow to the next stop sign. Take a right onto Pond St/Rt 115. Follow Rt 115 to the intersection with Rt 1A. Take a left onto Rt 1A South. Follow Rt 1A into Wrentham to the blinking light at North St. Take a right on North St (the street is also named Winter St on the left). Follow a short distance and take a left onto Emerald St. Turn left into the second driveway for the entrance for the central parking lot. Rice #2 will be the first field on the right. Rice #1 will be just past the opposite end of the parking lot.

Coming from the South or East:

Take I-495 north to Exit 15, Rt 1A. Stay to the right at the end of the exit and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. At the intersection with Rt 140, turn left. Follow for almost a mile until the road splits at Shear St. Take the right onto Shears St. Go half a mile and take the right onto Emerald St. Go past the first soccer field and then turn right into the entrance for the central parking lot. Rice #2 will be the first field on the right. Rice #1 will be just past the opposite end of the parking lot.

Or...

Take Rt 140 North to the center of Wrentham. After passing Wrentham center for almost a mile until the road splits at Shear St. Take the right onto Shears St. Go half a mile and take the right onto Emerald St. Go past the first soccer field and then turn right into the entrance for the central parking lot. Rice #2 will be the first field on the right. Rice #1 will be just past the opposite end of the parking lot.

Coming from the West

Take I-495 South to Exit 15, Rt 1A. At the end of the exit, go left and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. At the intersection with Rt 140, turn left. Follow for almost a mile until the road splits at Shear St. Take the right onto Shears St. Go half a mile and take the right onto Emerald St. Go past the first soccer field and then turn right into the entrance for the central parking lot. Rice #2 will be the first field on the right. Rice #1 will be just past the opposite end of the parking lot.

Pond Street Fields, Norfolk

Pond St Fields are on Rt 115 in Norfolk. (For web mapping, it's at 33 Pond St, Norfolk, MA 02056.)

The 11v11 field is at the far left end of the parking area (the northern-most field).

Coming from the North:

Take I-95 south to Exit 9, Rt 1, Foxboro/Wrentham. Follow Rt 1 south past Gillette Stadium. Approximately 1 mile south of the stadium you will come to a light at Pine St (the Lafayette House Restaurant will be on the right). Take a right onto Pine St and follow to the next stop sign. Take a right onto Pond St/Rt 115. Follow Rt 115 past the intersection with Rt 1A. The Pond St Fields will be on your right after approximately 1 mile.

Coming from the South or East:

Take I-495 north to Exit 15, Rt 1A. Stay to the right at the end of the exit and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. Follow Rt 1A past the intersection with Rt 140 and continue north for about 2.5 miles to Norfolk. At the intersection with Rt 115 in Norfolk, take a left. The Pond St Fields will be on your right after approximately 1 mile.

From the West:

From the intersection of Rt 109 and Rt 115 in Millis, follow Rt 115 south towards Norfolk. Follow Rt 115 through the center of Norfolk, going past two small rotaries and staying on Rt 115. The Pond St Fields will be on your left about 1.3 miles after the second rotary.

Or...

Take I-495 South to Exit 15, Rt 1A. At the end of the exit, go left and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. Follow Rt 1A past the intersection with Rt 140 and continue about 2.5 miles north to Norfolk. At the intersection with Rt 115 in Norfolk, take a left. The Pond St Fields will be on your right after approximately 1 mile.

Freeman Kennedy School, Norfolk

Freeman Kennedy School is located at 70 Boardman Street, Norfolk, MA 02056.

Coming from the North:

Take I-95 south to Exit 9, Rt 1, Foxboro/Wrentham. Follow Rt 1 south past Gillette Stadium. Approximately 1 mile south of the stadium you will come to a light at Pine St (the Lafayette House Restaurant will be on the right). Take a right onto Pine St and follow to the next stop sign. Take a right onto Pond St/Rt 115. Follow Rt 115 past the intersection with Rt 1A and on into the center of Norfolk. Stay on Rt 115 through the center of town and across the railroad tracks. Approx 1/2 mile after the tracks, take a right on Boardman St. Freeman Kennedy will be on your right. Go past the school to the parking entrance on the left side of the school. The soccer field will be visible from the parking lot.

Coming from the South or East:

Take I-495 north to Exit 15, Rt 1A. Stay to the right at the end of the exit and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. Follow Rt 1A past the intersection with Rt 140 and continue north to Norfolk. At the intersection with Rt 115 in Norfolk, take a left. Stay on Rt 115 through the center of town and across the railroad tracks. Approx 1/2 mile after the tracks, take a right on Boardman St. Freeman Centennial will be on your right. Go past the school to the parking entrance on the left side of the school. The soccer field will be visible from the parking lot.

Coming from the West:

From the intersection of Rt 109 and Rt 115 in Millis, follow Rt 115 south towards Norfolk. Once in Norfolk, after passing Cleveland St on the left, Boardman St will be the next left. After turning left onto Boardman St, Freeman Kennedy will be on your right. Go past the school to the parking entrance on the left side of the school. The soccer field will be visible from the parking lot.

Or...

Take I-495 South. Get off at Exit 16, King St, Franklin. From the exit to Boardman St in Norfolk is 5.6 miles.

At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and follow King St for 1.3 miles to the intersection of Rt 140. At the intersection continue straight. The road changes names to Chestnut St.

After passing the Adirondack Club the road will curve to the right and continue into Norfolk. Once in Norfolk, the road changes names to South Main St.

Follow South Main St past the Olive Day School on the left. Boardman St will be the next left after the school. Turn left and follow Boardman St for three tenths of mile to the stop sign at Rockland St. Continue straight across.

Freeman Kennedy will be on your right. Go past the school to the parking entrance on the left side of the school. The soccer field will be visible to the left from the parking lot. It's just beyond the softball field and basketball court.

KPMS (King Philip Middle School), Norfolk

King Philip Middle School (KPMS) is located at 18 King St, Norfolk, MA 02056.

Coming from the North:

Take I-95 south to Exit 9, Rt 1, Foxboro/Wrentham. Follow Rt 1 south past Gillette Stadium. Approximately 1 mile south of the stadium you will come to a light at Pine St (the Lafayette House Restaurant will be on the right). Take a right onto Pine St and follow to the next stop sign. Take a right onto Pond St/Rt 115. Follow Rt 115 past the intersection with Rt 1A. Follow Route 115 for 0.8 miles to the blinking light and turn left onto Marshall St. Follow Marshall for 0.5 miles and turn left onto North St. Follow North St for 0.3 miles and turn right onto Union St. Follow road for 0.4 miles and turn left onto King St. Follow road for 0.2 miles and the King Phillip Middle School will be on your right. Take a right at the first entrance to the school. Follow the entrance around the right side of the school. The field and parking are at the right rear of the building.

Coming from the South or East:

Take I-495 north to Exit 15, Rt 1A. Stay to the right at the end of the exit and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. At the intersection with Rt 140 turn left. Follow for almost a mile until the road splits at Shear St. Take the right onto Shears St and follow for almost two miles, going into Norfolk. Once in Norfolk, take the left onto Union St. Follow Union for about 0.4 miles and turn left onto King St. King Phillip Middle School will be on your right. Take a right at the first entrance to the school. Follow the entrance around the right side of the school. The field and parking are at the right rear of the building.

From the West:

From the intersection of Rt 109 and Rt 115 in Millis, follow Rt 115 south towards Norfolk. Follow Rt 115 through the center of Norfolk, going past the first small rotary. At the second rotary, continue straight onto Union St. Follow Union St. to King St. Take a right on King St. King Phillip Middle School will be on your right. Take the first entrance into the school and follow the entrance road around the right side of the building. The field and parking are at the right rear of the building.

Or...

Take I-495 South to Exit 15, Rt 1A. At the end of the exit, go left and follow Rt 1A north toward Wrentham center. At the intersection with Rt 140 turn left.
